Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking an experienced Windows AD specialist for a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad. The candidate will oversee Active Directory, migrations, and clustering, while leveraging public cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) to support managed services operations.

The position requires 10+ years of AD experience, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication. MCSE or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience with Windows AD/Active Directory.
• Experience in AD migrations and implementation/troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to document ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows AD and related infrastructure in a Managed Services/Operations context.
• Lead AD migrations and ensure smooth transition with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot complex Active Directory issues and Windows clustering problems.
• Apply public cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) where relevant.
• Maintain clear communications and align with ITIL processes.
