SonataSoftware is seeking an Infrastructure – Windows 365 / Intune / MECM Customer Engineer in Bangalore. You will work directly with Microsoft customers to provide strategic, proactive support and act as a technical advisor.

The role requires deep expertise in Windows client environments, hybrid infrastructures and cloud technologies, with responsibilities spanning design, deployment, troubleshooting and training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a depth expert or consultant in virtual desktop infrastructure and modern endpoint management.
• Experience with Windows 365, Intune and MECM in enterprise environments.
• Ability to present to customer leadership and architect solutions for multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and assess Windows 365 and config mgmt requirements for services.
• Upgrade, update and maintain Win365 environment and related tools.

Job Description

Job Title: Infrastructure – Windows 365 / Intune / MECM Customer Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure – Windows 365 / Intune / MECM Customer Engineer to join our team. This role involves working directly with our Microsoft customers to provide strategic and proactive assistance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and supporting Windows Client environments and a strong understanding of hybrid infrastructures and cloud technologies.

The Win365 / MECM (aka SCCM)/Intune Customer Engineer will work directly with customers, as a consultant and technical advisor to:

• Design, Deploy, Review and Assess the health of the infrastructure and clients around Windows 365 service and associated configuration management requirements of these services
• Upgrade, update and maintain the Win365 environment
• Troubleshoot issues with infrastructure and client
• Tune and optimize for performance
• Assist with reporting
• Assist in setting up Management with Intune.
• Assist in planning, reviewing and troubleshooting Software Updates feature
• Assist in planning, reviewing and troubleshooting Task Sequence.
• Provide training in all areas of Win365 and its ongoing management to ensure customer goals are met

Qualifications & Required Skills

8+ years working as a depth expert and technology owner or consultant around virtual desktop infrastructure and modern endpoint management. Ability to present to multiple levels of customer leadership. Ability to act as a consultant andarchitect for multiple customers. Win365/Windows Desktop using associated modern management tooling. Package/Application creation. Desktop OS Upgrades using different approaches . Intune and Co-Management experience
