Job summary

Ericsson seeks a Technical Authority Expert to lead SharePoint governance and lifecycle across on-premises and Online environments. You will own farm health, upgrades, and DR planning while guiding complex projects within Ericsson Operations Engine.

The role requires deep SharePoint expertise, strong documentation, and hands-on leadership in migrations, HA, and DR planning.

Qualifications

• Senior technical expert with deep SharePoint knowledge and problem-solving
• Documentation including backup/recovery procedures is expected
• Troubleshooting and acting as technical contact for SharePoint
• Gather requirements for permissions, workflows and site configurations
• Experience with SharePoint farm migrations across versions
• Knowledge of Office 365 identities, groups and permissions
• Planning Hybrid SharePoint 2019 deployments
• Migrations of SharePoint sites to Online/Hybrid environments

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our Ericsson team as a Technical Authority Expert. This critical role belongs to our Managed Services department, directly contributing to our ongoing Ericsson Operations Engine projects. You will be at the forefront of tech-driven change, offering your specialist knowledge to guide the entire lifecycle of our projects. Whether we are in the Create, Sustain, or Evolve stages, your expertise will pave the way forward in your domain.

What you will do:

• Managing and checking the overall SharePoint health and functionality
• Administration activities on SharePoint Server 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, SPO
• Planning and Implementing SharePoint Farm – 2019/2016/2013
• Experience with SharePoint Administration, Configuration, Role & Access Management, Deployment
• Managing and Configuring SharePoint 2010 & 2013 Workflows
• Implementation and Planning SharePoint Governance
• Perform maintenance and enhancements and ongoing SharePoint administration.
• Strong understanding of core technologies and concepts of SharePoint On-Premises & Online.
• Implementing High Availability of SharePoint Farm
• Implementing Disaster Recovery for SharePoint Farm
• Performing Upgrades and Patching of SharePoint Farm
• Installation and Configuration of Service Applications
• Deploying Services, Applications, and Workflows within SharePoint farm
• Managing Storage within a SharePoint Farm
• Monitoring SharePoint Farm

The skills you bring:

• Provides in-depth senior level technical knowledge (workaround, root cause analysis, and permanent resolution) to resolve complex problems in the technical environment.
• Prepares documentation including backup and recovery procedures, technical documentation.
• Provide troubleshooting of technical issues and act as a technical point of contact for SharePoint.
• Gather requirements to ensure collaborative activity, permissions, workflows, and site configurations are implemented cohesively within the SharePoint environment.
• Experience in performing SharePoint Farm Migrations from lower versions to current version.
• Good Understanding of Office 365 Identities, groups, and permissions
• Knowledge on Planning and Implementing Hybrid SharePoint 2019.
• Good knowledge on other technologies besides SharePoint in Office 365
• Knowledge on Migration of SharePoint sites from on-premises to Online.
• Knowledge on PowerApps & PowerAutomate
• Knowledge on Cross Tenant Migrations (Tenant to Tenant)
• Knowledge on OneDrive Migrations.
