Job summary

Infosys Limited in Bangalore seeks a Windchill Solution Architect to define end-to-end Windchill PLM architecture and lead complex implementations. You will translate business requirements into scalable PLM solutions and design high-level and detailed architectures with integrations to CAD tools and ERP systems.

You will guide governance, best practices, and SDLC processes while mentoring delivery teams in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 9–13 years of relevant Windchill/PLM experience.
• Strong experience in solution architecture and end-to-end PLM design.
• Experience leading Windchill implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Windchill architecture for PLM implementations.
• Lead Windchill implementations and customizations (PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink).
• Architect and lead integrations with CAD tools and ERP systems.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide design reviews.
• Establish PLM standards, governance and best practices.
• Mentor teams and oversee SDLC activities.

• 1. Solution Architecture & DesignDefine end-to-end architecture for PTC Windchill PLM implementations.Translate business requirements into scalable PLM solutions.Create high-level and detailed technical designs including integrations, workflows, data models, and customizations.Ensure alignment of solution architecture with business and IT strategy.
• 2. Windchill Implementation & CustomizationLead implementations of Windchill (PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink) modules.Oversee and guide customizations using:Java / J2EEInfo*Engine & WebjectsJCA/JSX componentsREST & SOAP APIsOptimize performance, security, and configurations.
