Durucooperation is seeking a Senior QA Test Engineer to lead quality assurance for conversational commerce features, automated chat workflows, and Meta Business API integrations. You will own end-to-end QA of WhatsApp interactions, high‑throughput messaging, and secure data handling across global markets.

The role spans API validation, automation framework design, message template verification, and cross-device testing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on API testing and QA for mobile/web apps.
• Proficiency with Postman, Swagger, and debugging REST endpoints.
• Experience with automated test frameworks for mobile and web apps.
• Knowledge of Meta/WhatsApp Business APIs and CRM integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking an expert Senior QA Test Engineer specializing in conversational commerce, automated chat ecosystems, and Meta Business API integrations. In this role, you will own the end-to-end quality assurance strategy for our WhatsApp communication features, user-facing AI chat workflows, and high-throughput messaging infrastructure.

You will work at the intersection of product engineering, conversational design, and backend infrastructure. Your mission is to ensure that millions of automated and live-agent interactions happen flawlessly, securely, and instantly across global markets.

Core Responsibilities

• API & Webhook Validation: Design and execute advanced functional tests for Meta Business API endpoints, webhooks, payload schemas, and upstream cloud-hosted APIs.
• Automation Framework Design: Build, scale, and maintain robust automated test suites to simulate multi-turn user interactions, edge‑case chat pathways, and conversational logic.
• Message Template Verification: Validate complex, dynamic WhatsApp utility/marketing templates, interactive list messages, quick‑reply buttons, and rich media delivery components.
• Omnichannel & Device Testing: Conduct rigorous cross‑platform testing across native iOS, Android, and web app versions of WhatsApp to guarantee seamless cross‑device message layout and synchronization.
• Performance & Load Simulation: Stress‑test messaging endpoints, chat routing engines, and webhook receivers under heavy concurrency and traffic spikes.
• End‑to‑End Workflow Audit: Partner with Product Managers to validate complex user workflows including opt‑in sequences, CRM data synchronization, live‑agent handoffs, and customer satisfaction loops.
• Defect Lifecycle Management: Pinpoint root causes of synchronization failures, delivery drops, or corrupt payloads. Document and track issues via Jira with clear logs and replication scripts.
• Compliance & Security Auditing: Verify adherence to Meta policies, strict data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA), and end‑to‑end encryption protocols during data transit and logging.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

• API Ecosystem Tools: Minimum 3–5 years of intensive experience using Postman, Charles Proxy, Fiddler, or Swagger to intercept, mock, and test RESTful APIs.
• Mobile & Automation Frameworks: Deep hands‑on proficiency with mobile test automation frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest, alongside web tools like Selenium or Cypress.
• Meta Developer Ecosystem: Practical, working knowledge of the Meta Developer Console, Meta App Review processes, Business Manager setup, and WhatsApp Phone Number onboarding lifecycles.
• Data Parsing & Engineering: Mastery of JSON payload verification, regex patterns, and data format translation. Advanced SQL proficiency for querying logs and message states in relational and NoSQL databases.
• Programming Literacy: Proficiency in scripting languages (such as Python, JavaScript, or Java) to write automated testing scripts and custom webhook listeners.
• CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Experience integrating automated messaging test scripts into DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).

Preferred Attributes & Experience

• Chatbot Domain Expertise: Direct prior experience testing AI‑driven chatbots (NLP/NLU engines), conversational workflows, or large enterprise CRM ticketing software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
• Network Protocol Familiarity: Solid foundational grasp of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, TCP/IP, network latency variables, and WebSocket architectures.
• Analytical Problem Solver: Demonstrated capacity to isolate flaky bugs across distributed cloud architectures where issues may reside in third‑party Meta servers or local software.
