Helo in Mumbai is seeking a Meta Admin Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of WhatsApp-based products. Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps and collaborating closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams to deliver effective solutions. Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience in product management, preferably with CPaaS or messaging platforms. About the Role

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of WhatsApp-based products, including WhatsApp Business API (WABA), automation solutions, and conversational journeys.
• Work with Product Leadership to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Translate business goals into product features and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities within WhatsApp and the Meta ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver scalable and high-impact solutions.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

• Manage WhatsApp Business API integrations and onboarding flows.
• Build and optimize chat journeys, automation workflows, and use cases.
• Support pricing, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.

WhatsApp & Meta Ecosystem Management

• Work on WhatsApp Business Platform (WABA) and related solutions.
• Manage message templates, approvals, and quality ratings.
• Collaborate on CTWA (Click-to-WhatsApp) campaigns and integrations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Meta partnership teams.
• Coordinate sprint planning, timelines, and product releases.
• Translate client and business requirements into scalable product solutions.

Market Research & Product Innovation

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Identify new use cases such as chatbots, campaigns, notifications, and commerce flows.
• Continuously enhance product positioning and differentiation.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Track KPIs such as engagement, delivery rates, conversions, and revenue.
• Optimize product performance through data-driven decisions.

Documentation & Communication

• Create PRDs, workflows, and product documentation.
• Communicate updates, releases, and performance insights to stakeholders.
