Job summary

Pagaar India in Chennai is seeking an experienced WFM Deputy Manager to join our International BPO team. The ideal candidate must have relevant WFM experience with expertise in workforce management, capacity planning, scheduling, forecasting, and real-time management.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of WFM experience in an International BPO.
• Experience as WFM Deputy Manager or in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical, reporting and people management skills.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workforce Management (WFM) operations for international processes.
• Prepare forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning models.
• Monitor real-time adherence and optimize staffing levels.
• Manage staffing plans to achieve SLA, productivity and service goals.
• Analyze call volumes, workload trends and performance.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly WFM reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training and Quality teams.
• Drive process improvements and workforce optimization initiatives.
• Handle client reporting and operational reviews.
• Mentor and lead the WFM team to achieve business objectives.
