Job summary

Pagaar India in Chennai is seeking a Team Lead – Operations for our Australian Process. The ideal candidate should have experience in an international BPO and strong English communication skills.

Immediate joining is preferred. The role requires leadership abilities, KPI/SLA management, client escalation handling, and cross-functional coordination with Quality and Training teams to drive performance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Relevant experience as a Team Lead in International BPO.
• Experience in an Australian Process is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team in an Australian customer support process.
• Monitor daily operations to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Track KPIs, SLAs, CSAT, AHT, and team productivity metrics.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate with Quality, Training, and Workforce Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvements and team engagement initiatives.
