Job summary

Qualifications

• Create reports and dashboards using Google Sheets.
• Monitor real-time staffing and highlight staffing gaps.
• Support forecasting and capacity planning activities.
• Coordinate with Operations for workforce requirements.
• Maintain accurate WFM trackers, rosters, and reports.

Job Title: WFM Associate

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities detail-oriented WFM Associate to manage workforce planning, roster management,scheduling, reporting, and real-time workforce activities. The ideal candidate should have expert-level knowledge of Google Sheets, a good understanding of WFM concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly WFM reports.
• Manage rosters, workforce schedules, and staffing requirements.
• Monitor attendance, shrinkage, occupancy, productivity, and staffing levels.
• Create reports and dashboards using Google Sheets.
• Monitor real-time staffing and highlight staffing gaps.
• Support forecasting and capacity planning activities.
• Coordinate with Operations for workforce requirements.
• Maintain accurate WFM trackers, rosters, and reports.

Required Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of Google Sheets is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of roster management and workforce scheduling.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of Macros will be an added advantage.
