Experience

• Analyst: 2–4 years (CTC: ₹4.5 LPA)
• Senior Analyst: 4–6 years (CTC: ₹7 LPA)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports for performance tracking and business insights.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to support Workforce Management (WFM) and business planning.
• Develop and apply accurate forecasting models based on historical and real‑time data.
• Work extensively with Advanced Excel for reporting, automation, and analysis.
• Utilize formulas, pivot tables, charts, and dashboards for real‑time decision support.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for data accuracy and timely insights.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, nested formulas, dashboards, macros).
• Good understanding of forecasting techniques, trend analysis, and WFM metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be currently residing in Pune or nearby areas.
• Should be comfortable working in US Shifts.
