Responsibilities

• Assign daily work to users.
• Maintain SLAs and TATs for emails and work completion.
• Produce daily, biweekly and monthly internal and client reports.
• Use trends and reports to forecast requirements.
• Monitor, track, document and communicate real-time floor activities regarding adherence to process-defined Breaks, shifts, and cab delays.

Required skill set

• Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, as well as proficiency in Word and Email.

• Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in RTA/WFM
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, focus and complete reports for extended periods of time.

Educational Background

• Any Graduate.
