You will drive occupancy, renewals, and member retention, while overseeing daily building operations, facilities, maintenance, and vendor management. The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years in hospitality or community management, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to lead performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years in hospitality, operations, customer success, or community management.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing customer relationships, and operations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency, member satisfaction, and revenue growth.
