EXL Talent Acquisition Team in Gurugram is seeking a Business Data Analyst with 3–6 years of experience to support data analysis, mapping and transformations across large-scale data applications in the insurance domain.

You will collaborate with client teams, perform data profiling, and document mappings and data lineage to enable accurate reporting and informed decision making. Strong communication and SQL skills are required.

Competenze

• 3-6 years of experience in large-scale data applications focusing on analysis, mapping, and transformations.
• Experience with Snowflake, relational databases, and requirements gathering.
• Strong verbal and written communication and tracking skills; SQL proficiency.
• Insurance (P&C) domain experience including policy and claims lifecycle and reinsurance.

Business Data Analyst

Location – Gurugram

Exp : 3-6

Must-Have

3-6 years of work experience in large-scale Data applications doingData Analysis, Data Mapping, and Data Transformations.

• Experience in Snowflake, Any relational DB, requirements gathering
• Very good Verbal & Written communication & tracking skills
• SQL
• Should have exposure to data consolidation, transformation, and standardization
• Experience with Insurance (Property and Casualty Insurance - P&C) Domain clients. Policy & Claims lifecycle and reinsurance business is a must.
• Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Data Vault 2.0, Data Modeling

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the technical and business teams.

• Should be able to do Data Profiling - Understand the quality of Data and critical Data elements- How to standardize Reference, and master data across systems
