Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a Wellness Programming Support resource to manage wellness vendors and services such as on-site medical center, on-site childcare, on-site fitness center, EAP, and other app-based wellness services to deliver the function's required deliverables.

Preferred candidates have 2–5 years of hospital experience; a background in healthcare, hospital, and mental health domains is an added advantage. This role reports to the Firms Wellness team.

Qualifications

• Budget management for the wellness function including allocating funds, monitoring expenses, and cost-effective solutions.
• Invoice approvals and reconciliation processes including coordination with teams for vendor payouts.
• Vendor sourcing and management of wellness-related products, services, and resources, with contract negotiation where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage wellness vendors and on-site services (medical center, childcare, fitness center, EAP) to deliver function deliverables.
• Coordinate with the Firms Wellness team and internal stakeholders for smooth operation.
• Support budget, invoicing controls, and vendor performance monitoring to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

• Budget Management: Managing the budget for the wellness function. This includes allocating funds appropriately, monitoring expenses, and finding cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality of the function deliverables.
• Invoice Management: Ensuring close control and checks implemented for the entire invoice approval and reconciliation process. Manage close coordination with different teams for the timely vendor payouts.
