Job summary

Rajbagh- A Holistic Wellness Retreat in Udaipur is seeking a Wellness Chef for an urgent appointment. The role centers on preparing nutritious, sattvik meals aligned with wellness programs under medical and nutrition guidance.

The successful candidate will work with doctors, nutritionists, and operations teams to design meals using millets, gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients while maintaining safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Wellness Chef / Health Chef / Nutrition-focused Chef preferred.
• Experience in wellness retreats, hospitals, healthcare, luxury hospitality, or similar environments advantageous.
• Good understanding of healthy cooking, sattvik cuisine, therapeutic diets, and nutrition-focused food preparation.
• Knowledge of gluten-free, dairy-free, millet-based, low-sugar and other specialized diets.
• Creative approach to healthy and appealing food presentation.
• Strong hygiene and food-safety awareness.
• Ability to work closely with doctors and nutrition professionals.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

About the Role

The Wellness Chef will be responsible for preparing healthy, sattvik, nutritious, and customized meals aligned with the wellness programs and dietary requirements prescribed by the medical and nutrition teams.

Candidate Profile
