Job summary

TopGear Consultants Pvt Ltd. seeks an experienced Welfare Officer to manage employee welfare activities at our Nilakottai facility in Tamil Nadu.

The role focuses on ensuring statutory and workplace welfare requirements are met and maintaining positive employee–management relations. You will coordinate amenities, liaise with workers and management, address grievances, advise on welfare policies, and ensure compliance with labour laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Welfare Officer role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Qualification: MSW or MBA HR.
• Good understanding of the POSH Act and other welfare-related activities.
• Candidates from Dindigul, Madurai or nearby locations will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure provision of essential employee amenities such as canteen, rest shelters, drinking water, sanitation and other welfare facilities.
• Act as a liaison between workers and management to maintain harmonious industrial relations.

• Ensure compliance with applicable welfare provisions under the relevant labour laws and the Factories Act.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external authorities, wherever required, for employee welfare matters
