Job summary

Cynosure Corporate Solutions is seeking skilled welders for full-time roles in India. Responsibilities include performing ARC, TIG, MIG, and Gas welding; reading drawings and welding symbols; fabricating pipe supports and structural components; and ensuring quality through inspection and adherence to WPS.

Applicants should have an ITI/Trade Certificate in Welding, welding certification is a plus, and 3–8 years of experience in MEP/construction/oil & gas projects, with preference for India or

Qualifications

• ITI / Trade Certificate in Welding or equivalent qualification.
• Welding certification is an added advantage.
• 3–8 years of experience in MEP, construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• Experience in India or GCC/UAE projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform ARC, TIG, MIG, and Gas welding as per project requirements.
• Weld MS, GI, SS, and CS pipes for HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and fabrication layouts.
• Fabricate and install pipe supports, brackets, and structural components.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, beveling, and cleaning before welding.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and rectify defects when required.
• Maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and quality standards.
• Comply with company HSE policies and site safety regulations.
• Coordinate with Pipe Fitters, Supervisors, and QA/QC Engineers to complete work on schedule.
• Maintain housekeeping at the work area and ensure proper storage of equipment.
