Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding using GTAW (TIG), SMAW (Arc), FCAW, GMAW (MIG) and SAW processes.


• Read and interpret WPS, engineering drawings, weld symbols, and technical specifications.


• Carry out fit-up, welding, and self-inspection before submitting components for QC inspection.


• Ensure weld quality meets customer and company standards.


• Achieve daily production targets and adhere to cycle time requirements.


• Maintain welding machines, tools, and work area in good condition.


• Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE during welding operations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Carbon Steel, Low Alloy Steel, F11, F22, F91, and F92 material welding.


• Experience in overlay and hard-facing welding.


• Mandatory experience in 6G welding position.


• Ability to handle EOT cranes.


• Good understanding of welding quality standards and defect prevention.
