Job summary

Trac Fujico Air Systems is seeking an experienced welder to perform ARC/TIG welds in 3G/4G/6G positions on plates and pipes. The role involves studying drawings, determining material requirements and task sequences, and executing clamping, tack-welding, heat bending, bolting and grinding to deliver final welded products.

The candidate should have strong welding knowledge, fabrication experience, and be ready to work at site as required by management, with a focus on on-time and cost-effective

Qualifications

• Experience and sound knowledge on welding and welding methods.
• Good experience in fabrication preferred.
• Willing to work at site as required by management.
• Welding experience in production environment.

Responsibilities

• Create welds in 3G/4G/6G positions on plates and pipes using ARC/TIG.
• Study drawings to determine material requirements and task sequences.
• Perform clamping, holding, tack-welding, heat bending, bolting and grinding to finish welded products.
• Ensure work is on time and cost-effective; maintain safety compliance.

To study Engg /Job dwgs to arrive matl. req. & task sequences; Clamping, holding, tack-welding, heat-bending, bolting, grinding, etc to create the final welded product
