Role Description

The Welder will perform day-to-day welding operations on fabricated components, including setup, fitting, and joining metal parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include operating welding equipment safely, inspecting welds for quality and accuracy, and collaborating with supervisors and fabricators to complete jobs on schedule. The Welder will also assist in basic maintenance of welding tools, follow safety and quality standards, and document work as required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, working within a workshop environment on heavy fabrication and precision projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Welding skills, including practical experience with industrial welding processes.
• Candidates should possess Arc Welding skills, with the ability to perform consistent and safe welds on SS and MS materials.
• Candidates should possess TIG Welding skills for precision work on diverse metals and complex joints.
• Candidates should possess MIG Welding skills for high-productivity fabrication and structural welding tasks.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials, including properties of SS, MS, and other metals used in fabrication.
