Yeemak Private Limited is seeking skilled welders with hands-on TIG, MIG and ARC welding experience for fabrication and manufacturing operations in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, and Penukonda, Andhra Pradesh.

The role involves reading drawings and welding symbols, performing welds on aluminium and stainless/mild steel, and ensuring quality while meeting production targets. Immediate joiners preferred and safety compliance is required.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Welder TIG / MIG / ARC

Job Location: Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu / Penukonda, Andhra Pradesh

Experience: 2 - 10 Years Qualification: 12th / ITI Welder or relevant technical qualification

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Welders with hands-on experience in TIG, MIG and ARC welding processes for fabrication and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on aluminium and MIG/ARC welding on stainless steel (SS) and mild steel (MS).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols and technical specifications.
• Carry out welding, fit-up, surface preparation, grinding and finishing activities.
• Select suitable welding parameters, filler wires and consumables based on material requirements.
• Ensure weld quality, dimensional accuracy and defect-free finishing.
• Identify welding defects and carry out corrective actions as required.
• Maintain welding equipment and follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in TIG, MIG and/or ARC welding.
• Aluminium TIG welding experience preferred, especially with 5xxx and 6xxx series aluminium alloys.
• Knowledge of SS and MS welding processes.
• Understanding of argon shielding gas and filler wire selection.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and inspect weld quality.
• Welder qualification certification up to 3G is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with practical welding and fabrication experience.
• Willingness to work at the Sriperumbudur location.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
