Role & responsibilities

Provide Level 2 and 3 support for applications deployed on IBM WebSphere Application Server.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and middleware issues promptly.

Monitor application performance and implement fixes or enhancements as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server 9.0 administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8 and related frameworks.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server 2016, including T-SQL and performance tuning.
• Experience with AI coding and automation tools.
• Familiarity with application support processes, incident management, and SDLC.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
