Job summary

TÜV SÜD Group is seeking a Website Expert to create, localize, maintain and optimize high-quality webpages that deliver excellent customer experiences and support business objectives across markets.

You will combine content creation, localization, CMS knowledge, SEO and UX best practices to ensure consistent messaging and efficient delivery while collaborating with partners across the Global Website Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital content creation, copywriting and editorial management.
• Experience working with multilingual content, localization and translation workflows, including transcreation and AI-supported translation tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, UX, conversion optimization and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Write, translate and optimize website content that supports SEO performance, customer engagement and conversion goals.
• Build, update and maintain webpages in the CMS using standard templates, reusable components and brand guidelines.
• Adapt, localise and optimize multilingual content, ensuring linguistic quality and consistent messaging across markets.
• Ensure webpages meet standards for UX, accessibility, SEO, performance and responsive design with assets and tracking.
• Perform quality assurance before publication and monitor website quality and consistency.
• Analyse website and content performance using KPIs and insights to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO Specialists, Designers and Global Website Team to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Support CMS process improvements, templates, editorial standards and best practices.

Your Tasks:

As a Website Expert, you are responsible for creating, localizing, maintaining and continuously optimising high-quality webpages that deliver an excellent customer experience and support business objectives across global markets. You combine content creation and translation, localisation expertise, CMS knowledge, SEO and UX best practices to create engaging, high-performing digital experiences. Acting as a key interface between Marketing Business Partners and SEO Specialists, you ensure efficient website delivery, consistent messaging and continuous optimization of digital content and webpages in the Eastern Europe market.

• Write, translate and optimize website content that supports SEO performance, customer engagement and conversion goals.
• Build, update and maintain webpages in the CMS using standard templates, reusable components and brand guidelines.
• Adapt, localise and optimize multilingual content, ensuring linguistic quality, cultural relevance and consistent messaging across global markets.
• Ensure webpages meet standards for UX, accessibility, SEO, performance and responsive design while implementing media assets, metadata and tracking requirements.
• Perform quality assurance before publication and continuously monitor website quality and consistency.
• Analyse website and content performance using KPIs and customer insights to identify optimization opportunities and improve customer journeys.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing Business Partners, SEO Specialists, Designers and the Global Website Team to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Support continuous improvement of CMS processes, templates, editorial standards and website best practices.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience in digital content creation, copywriting and editorial management.
• Experience working with multilingual content, localization and translation workflows, including transcreation and AI-supported translation tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, UX, conversion optimization and customer journeys.
• Proficiency in content management systems (preferably Sitecore) and digital publishing workflows.
• Knowledge of website analytics and performance measurement to support continuous optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and intercultural collaboration skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented and process-driven working style with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment.
• Independent working style with excellent time management.
• Business-fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
