Qualifications

• 3+ years of website development with live projects.

Responsibilities

• Website development across multiple client accounts.
• Build, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, and similar CMSs.
• Create landing pages, forms, and conversion-focused experiences.
• Implement plugins, APIs, CRM integrations and third-party tools.
• Manage site migrations, staging, hosting, DNS, SSL, and CDN settings.
• Set up GA4, GTM, Search Console, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Ensure development follows SEO best practices.

A specialised Performance Marketing Agency based in Kolkata, serving Escape Room and SaaS businesses across the USA, UK, Australia, India, and Europe. We help businesses grow through SEO, website development, Google Ads, conversion optimisation, marketing automation, and growth strategy.

The Role

We're looking for a Website Developer who can independently manage website development across multiple client accounts. You'll work closely with the founder, marketing, content, design, and SEO teams to build, maintain, and optimise high-performing websites. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on web development experience across multiple CMS platforms and can build responsive, conversion-focused websites while ensuring technical best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Development
• Develop, customise, and maintain websites using WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, and similar CMS platforms.
• Build responsive pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Create landing pages, forms, and conversion-focused experiences.
• Implement custom functionality, plugin integrations, APIs, CRM integrations, and third-party tools.
• Manage site migrations, domain transfers, staging environments, and version control workflows.
• Configure and maintain hosting, DNS records, SSL certificates, and CDN settings.
• Set up and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Ensure all development work follows SEO best practices.

Experience Required

At least 3 years of website development experience with a portfolio of live projects. Experience combining website development with SEO implementation is highly preferred.
