We are seeking a talented Web Developer & Designer with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and improving our web-based applications and websites to meet both functional and aesthetic goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life and ensure a seamless user experience. Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong command of web technologies are essential.

Work effectively in marketing aspects to support digital campaigns, landing pages, lead generation, CTAs, tracking, and conversion optimization .

Manage and implement tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel , and other marketing/analytics integrations.

Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and overall performance .

Integrate the website with marketing automation platforms, APIs, forms, and other third-party systems where required.

Ensure website security, backups, version control, and best development practices are followed.

Analyze website performance and SEO data and recommend improvements to support traffic, engagement, and lead generation .
