Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Web Solutions Engineer for YouTube Business Technology in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building and supporting scalable, full-stack web tools that empower YouTube's global support teams and users.

You will work within an engineering team to prototype, design documents, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency for services teams and partners, in line with Google's software development standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or a related quantitative field.
• 6 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design.
• Experience with backend languages (e.g. Java, Python, or C++).
• Experience working with database technologies (e.g. SQL, NoSQL).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and improve elegant, scalable, and modern full-stack web applications using standard and Google-specific software development tools.
• Analyze problems and develop solutions, while identifying dependencies and resolving issues to drive implementation.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and utilize comprehensive knowledge of Google's relevant technologies, principles, practices, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional users and stakeholders to identify pain points and devise innovative technical solutions.
