Job summary

Google India Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, is seeking a Mid Level Web Solutions Engineer for the YouTube BizTech team to design, build, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications, bridging frontend and backend services using TypeScript/Angular/Lit and Python on Google Cloud.

You will develop multi-agent and RAG architectures, securely integrate knowledge bases with LLMs, and deliver AI projects on time with minimal guidance, collaborating with product, UX, data and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Electrical Engineering, Math or related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in software development and system design, utilizing Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with frontend languages (e.g., JavaScript or TypeScript).
• Experience with backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, or C++).
• Experience working with database technologies (e.g. SQL, NoSQL).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy highly scalable AI applications using the Google Cloud AI stack to solve business operations and partner management challenges.
• Develop autonomous, multi-agent systems and robust RAG architectures that securely integrate internal knowledge bases with large language models.
• Integrate AI backend services with frontend applications to provide insights and automated workflows to end-users.
• Develop project plans and deliver AI-focused projects on time, within budget, and in scope with minimal guidance.
• Identify opportunities where generative AI can reduce operational friction or technical debt.
