You would join the design cell responsible for a continuously rebuilt production site and a portfolio of client properties across 18 countries: conceptualizing creative ideas with strategists, testing and improving the design of live websites, and establishing the design guidelines everything renders through. What you will actually do:

• Own the design of client web properties end-to-end — from creative concept through component-level specification and post-launch iteration
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices across the production design system every property shares
• Test and improve the design of shipped websites against real user behavior — hierarchy fixes, conversion-path improvements, accessibility gaps
