Web Developer Assistant (Software Assistance Role)

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer assistant to support the CEO/CTO from a software engineering background. In this role, you will help design, develop, and maintain high‑quality web applications, working across both front‑end and back‑end layers of our platform using modern technologies and tools.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
• Language: Must be fluent in either English or Hindi.
• Projects / Work Experience: Reasonable projects, work experience, or internships using relevant technologies are preferred.
• AI Ready: Hands‑on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.
• Travel Ready: Must be ready to travel within or outside the city as required by company projects or team meetings.
• Joining: Should be able to join immediately or within 5 days.
• Work Type: Ready to work from the Bangalore office (WFO).
• Work Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 hours per day (with breaks).

Work Responsibilities

• Web Development Assistance: Help the team architect scalable front‑ends, back‑ends, database designs, and assist in end‑to‑end development.
• System Design Assistance: Assist the team with architecture guidelines, coding standards, performance optimization, and scaling.
• Customer Support & Counseling: Aid the team in converting leads to sales, handling customer inquiries, and follow‑ups.
• Events & Corporate Meetups: Participate in meetups, startup collaborations, visits to schools and coaching centres for book and class promotions.
• Travel Ready: Must be ready to travel within or outside the city as required.

Salary & Job Location

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 per month + incentives (dependent on role and experience).
• Location: Bellahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka (Office based). Work from Bangalore office.
