Job summary

We are a fast-growing fintech platform focused on pre-IPO and unlisted share investing. Our digital platform is central to the business, enabling investors to discover companies, track prices, access research and engage with investment opportunities.

As we scale our digital presence and introduce new features, we are looking for a skilled Web Developer who can take complete ownership of the platform and contribute to its performance, scalability and continuous improvement.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to own, build and scale our website and digital platform.

This is a hands‑on, full‑stack‑oriented role where you will collaborate closely with Marketing, SEO, Product and Operations teams to ensure the website is fast, robust, responsive, visually consistent and continuously improving.

The successful candidate will be the primary technical owner of the website, responsible for releases, website performance and implementation of new features.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and continuously improve the website, including company pages, stock screener, price lists, blogs, landing pages and other user‑facing tools.
• Ensure excellent website performance across speed, mobile responsiveness, uptime and Core Web Vitals.
• Optimize website performance and maintain strong Google PageSpeed scores.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to implement technical SEO requirements, including schema markup, structured data, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt and crawl architecture.
• Develop and integrate new website features based on product and business requirements.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams on development scope, requirements and timelines.
• Manage third‑party integrations, including CRM systems, payment gateways, analytics tools and APIs.
• Own the deployment process, QA cycles and staging environment.
• Test new releases thoroughly before production deployment.
• Monitor website performance and proactively identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for changes made to the codebase.
• Recommend improvements to the technology stack, architecture and development workflow to improve scalability, maintainability and performance.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands‑on web development experience.
• Strong portfolio of live websites or web applications personally built or significantly enhanced.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one modern framework such as React.js, Vue.js or Next.js.
• Experience with WordPress, headless CMS or other CMS platforms.
• Ability to independently customize, manage and extend CMS-based websites.
• Understanding of Technical SEO and how development decisions affect crawlability, indexing, page speed and structured data.
• Experience with REST APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Experience with Git/version control.
• Familiarity with web hosting, server management and deployment pipelines.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to take end‑to‑end ownership of website development and performance.

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Python or backend scripting experience.
• Fintech or financial‑services platform experience.
• Experience optimizing high‑traffic websites.
• Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
• Experience integrating CRM, payment gateways and analytics platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed CTC: 8.0 Lakhs per annum
• Performance Incentives: Bonus of up to 1-3 months of monthly salary, based on individual and company performance
• Review Cycle: Performance review at 6 months with potential for salary revision
