Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Web Developer to build, run, and improve our company websites and microsites across two tracks:

Natively developed sites using modern frontend tooling such as React + TypeScript (e.g., Next.js) or equivalent frameworks.

You'll translate design into fast, secure, SEO-friendly, mobile-first experiences; integrate analytics/marketing tags; and ensure reliability through best practices in performance, accessibility, and CI/CD.

Core Responsibilities

Build sites with React + TypeScript (e.g., Next.js/Vite ) and modern CSS as well as using WordPress as required.
Collaborate with design/content/marketing to ship rapid experiments such as A/B tests, landing pages, microsites, etc.
Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals), accessibility and SEO (on-page, structured data).
Implement and maintain marketing/analytics integrations
Experience with headless WordPress via REST/GraphQL and routing content into a React frontend will be very helpful.
Ensure site security hygiene, backups, and routine maintenance updates.

Key Requirements

Experience: 2+ years building production websites.
Frontend: Practical experience with React and TypeScript (Next.js or similar), modern bundlers (Vite/Webpack), and component-driven development.
Understanding of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and performance profiling.
Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD concepts.
Solid UX sensibilities and attention to detail; excellent communication and problem-solving skills
