Required is an Associate Degree in Digital Media or related field and 1–3 years of web design experience. Familiarity with Bootstrap, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CMS is a plus.

Junior Web Designer

Work mode – 5 days working from office

Shift – Night shift (6.00 PM – 3.00 AM IST)

The Junior Web Designer will be responsible for supporting Implementation and Client Support teams through completing website design changes as requested by clients. Tasks may require both graphic design and coding knowledge (primarily HTML, CSS, and jQuery). This is a remote, entry‑level position.

Essential Functions

• Utilize HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery within our bespoke content management system to implement web solutions for a variety of tasks. (Note that we do not use WordPress or PHP on our platform.)
• Showcase strong written and verbal communication skills while working alongside other web designers and internal teams.
• Stay informed and ahead of industry trends, incorporating modern techniques in projects and designs.
• Balance work and due dates to ensure on‑time completion of tasks.
• Ensure that quality of work meets the company’s high standards.
• Adapt to process changes while maintaining a positive attitude.

Required Skills/Experience

• Associate Degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field
• 1-3 years of work experience in web design, including responsive web design
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines
• Strong fundamental HTML/CSS skills (applicants should be able to hand‑code, we do not use WordPress, PHP, etc.)
• Familiar with responsive web design concepts
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience working with Content Management Systems.
• Basic knowledge of design principles: typography; color theory; and layout
• Familiarity with Bootstrap framework (Bootstrap 3+).
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• jQuery and JavaScript knowledge
• Experience in the automotive industry.
