DealerOn, Inc. is seeking a Web Designer to support implementation and client-support teams in Pune. You'll work on website design changes requested by clients, with emphasis on HTML, CSS, and jQuery, collaborating with designers and developers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of web design experience, an associate degree in digital media or graphic design, and strong attention to detail with deadlines. Night shift (6:00 PM–3:00 AM IST), 5 days in office.

The Web Designer will be responsible for supporting Implementation and Client Support teams through completing website design changes as requested by clients. Tasks may require both graphic design and coding (primarily HTML, CSS, and jQuery).

Essential Functions

• Showcase strong written and verbal communication skills while working alongside other web designers and internal teams.
• Stay informed and ahead of industry trends, incorporating modern techniques in projects and designs.
• Balance work and due dates to ensure on-time completion of tasks.
• Ensure that quality of work meets the company’s high standards.
• Adapt to process changes while maintaining a positive attitude.

Required Skills/Experience

• Associate degree in digital media, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3‑5 years of work experience in web design, including responsive web design.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines.
• Strong fundamental HTML/CSS skills (applicants should be able to hand-code, we do not use WordPress, PHP, etc.).
• Knowledge of the latest trends in design and front-end website development (Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, SASS etc.).
• Familiar with responsive web design concepts.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience working with Content Management Systems.
• Basic knowledge of design principles: typography, color theory, and layout.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap framework (Bootstrap 3+).
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other web marketing practices.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
