Job summary

WNS Gurgaon is seeking a content specialist with 1+ year of experience in web content creation and management. You will handle CMS-based publishing, coordinate with creative agencies and multiple stakeholders, and support updates across e-Content, e-Commerce and FMSCs.

The role requires familiarity with AEM, PIM, and CMS tools, plus basic HTML/CSS. Work is office-based in Gurgaon, with a focus on timely editorial publishing and stakeholder training.

Qualifications

• Master/bachelor's degree in Computers, Marketing or a related field is typically required.
• Proficiency in Spanish language (good to have).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage web content (images, texts, videos) in CMSs.
• Publish editorial content on systems like AEM, PIM, SiteSore, Protien.
• Publish content across e-Content, e-Commerce and FMSCs.
• Support additions and modifications of editorial content.
• Streamline editorial content management processes and workflows.
• Identify and resolve issues across teams and tools.
• Maintain relationships and communication to ensure customer satisfaction during publishing.
• Provide training to stakeholders on CMS processes.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and stakeholders; act as SME for related projects.

• Web content management operations (image, texts, video entry) in the content management system
• Managing on-time online editorial content publishing on related system (AEM, PIM, SiteSore, Protien etc)
• Publishing web content across multiple platforms such as e-Content, e-Commerce and FMSCs
• Aiding business to support additions and modifications of editorial content.
• Ensuring streamlining editorial content management process & workflows as per the guidelines
• Proactively identify and resolve complex issue across different teams and tools and functions.
• Maintain good relationships and open communication, ensuring the satisfaction of the customer during editorial content publishing.
• Providing training and assistance to stakeholders on Content Management systems (CMS) and processes.
• Working closely with creative agencies , multiple stakeholders & act as SME for related projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), PIM (Stibo), CMS (TeamSite)
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for content formatting and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
