Responsibilities

• Web Content Specialist responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and maintaining online content to ensure it is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Candidates with 2+ years of experience in web content creation & management.
• Web content management operations (image, texts, video entry) in the content management system.
• Managing on-time online editorial content publishing on related system (AEM, PIM, SiteSore, Protien etc).
• Publishing web content across multiple platforms such as e-Content, e-Commerce and FMSCs.
• Aiding business to support additions and modifications of editorial content.
• Ensuring streamlining editorial content management process & workflows as per the guidelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve complex issue across different teams and tools and functions.
• Maintain good relationships and open communication, ensuring the satisfaction of the customer during editorial content publishing.
• Providing training and assistance to stakeholders on Content Management systems (CMS) and processes.
• Working closely with creative agencies , multiple stakeholders & act as SME for related projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), PIM (Stibo), CMS (TeamSite).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for content formatting and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
