Job summary

Dr Lal PathLabs invites applications for a Phlebotomist at Aadhar Hospital, near South Bypass, Tosham Road, Hisar 125005.

The ideal candidate holds DMLT, BMLT or Bvoc MLT with 1–5 years of experience and will perform daily phlebotomy, ensure safety and biomedical waste management, maintain records, verify specimen labeling, and handle patient queries with care.

Experience with TRFs and sample collection prerequisites is preferred.

Qualifications

• DMLT, BMLT or Bvoc MLT required.
• 1–5 years of experience required.
• Phlebotomy duties and lab safety knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily phlebotomy activities at the lab/centre accurately, timely and error-free.
• Safety and biomedical waste management in lab sample collection area.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Ensure correct labeling of specimens and adherence to all prerequisites of sample collection.
• Verify TRFs, handle patients' queries, dispose biohazard and other waste material as per guidelines.
