Job summary

Dr Lal PathLabs in Vadodara is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform daily phlebotomy activities, ensure safe sample collection practices, and maintain meticulous records. The role requires 1-5 years of phlebotomy experience with DMLT or BMLT qualification and will involve handling patient queries with care.

The ideal candidate will ensure proper specimen labeling, adhere to biosafety norms, and support efficient lab operations at our Vadodara centre. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• DMLT or BMLT diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily phlebotomy at lab/centre accurately and timely.
• Ensure safety and bio-medical waste management in collection area.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Ensure correct labeling of specimens and prerequisites of sample collection.
• Verify TRFs and respond to patient queries.

• Safety and bio medical waste management in Lab sample collection Area.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Ensuring the correct labelling of Specimens and adherence to all prerequisites of sample collection
• Verifying TRFs, Handle patients' queries, dispose biohazard and other waste material as per guidelines
