Job summary

Promea Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a Water System Operator to oversee the operation and maintenance of the facility’s water systems, including pre-treatment and RO units, to ensure GMP/GDP compliance and quality standards.

The role involves timely replacement of filters, UV lamps, membranes, and EDI, plus maintaining records. You will coordinate with internal and external service engineers and update SOPs and PM checklists to sustain Purified Water, WFI, and Pure Steam quality.

Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of water system
• Operation and maintenance of pre-treatment (MGF, Carbon filter, Sand Filter, Cartridge Filter, and RO system)
• Replacement of accessories like vent filters, UV lamps, micron filter, RO membranes and EDI; maintain replacement records
• Operation and maintenance of PW & WFI and PSG
• Maintaining essential spares and chemicals
• Maintaining Purified water, WFI and Pure Steam to required specifications
• Conduct water system clean-up and maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with in-house and external service engineers
• Prepare and revise SOPs as required
• Prepare and updating PM checklists
• Review, check and update all log
• Passivation and sanitization, sterilization activities
• Address breakdowns and maintenance works in water system
• Maintain GDP and GMP in water systems and monitor safety during maintenance
• Ensure all activities comply with current GMP processes

• Responsible for perform various water system clean-up and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Responsible for Coordinating with in house and external service engineer.
• Responsible for Preparation and revising SOPs as and when required.
• Responsible for Preparation and updating of PM checklists.
• Responsible for Review, Checking and updating all log.
• Responsible for passivation and sanitization, sterilization activities.
• Responsible for taking care of breakdown and maintenance works in water system.
• Responsible for maintaining Good Documentation practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in water systems.
• Responsible for monitoring the safety in water systems while performing maintenance and operation.
• Responsible for to ensure that all the activities that are being carried out in the water systems are in compliance with the current good manufacturing process.
