Job summary

Zippee is hiring an Assistant Manager- Supply Chain/Solution Design to design credible, scalable supply chain solutions for prospective clients during the sales process — and then own implementation.

You will work closely with the sales team, engaging directly with SCM Heads, CEOs, and MDs to understand their warehousing, quick commerce, and last-mile challenges and translate them into solutions Zippee can deliver.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or graduate with SCM/PM certification.
• 3–5 years' experience in warehousing & supply chain management.
• BYOD policy- you must have your own laptop.

Job Description:

• We're hiring an Assistant Manager- Supply Chain/Solution Design to design credible, scalable supply chain solutions for prospective clients during the sales process — and then own implementation. You will work closely with the sales team, engaging directly with SCM Heads, CEOs, and MDs to understand their warehousing, quick commerce, and last-mile challenges and translate them into solutions that Zippee can deliver.
• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
• This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement across operations.
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO, and TQM.
• Identified process gaps, conducted root cause analysis, and implemented corrective actions.
• Developed and monitored KPIs, SOPs, process maps, and improvement frameworks.
• Analyzed and optimized supply chain, warehousing, and logistics processes.
• Worked closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders to drive improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience in AutoCAD 2D & 3D designing, including warehouse layout planning, space optimization, and process flow design.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and warehouse operations.
