• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and diagnostics.
• Experience dealing with dealers, workshops, field-service teams or customers on technical issues.
• Ability to apply structured troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and evidence-based fault isolation.
• Comfort reading service manuals, technical bulletins, wiring diagrams, parts information and diagnostic reports.
• Good case documentation, follow-up discipline and escalation judgement.
• Strong spoken and written English for dealer interaction and case notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide case-based technical support for MF Tractors and related equipment.
• Collaborate with dealers, workshops and field-service teams to resolve technical issues.
• Apply structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to diagnose faults.
• Review service manuals, bulletins, wiring diagrams and diagnostic reports.
• Document cases clearly and escalate when needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain clear English notes for dealer communications and case updates.
