Job summary

R1 RCM is hosting an in-person Walk-in Drive for International Process (US Healthcare) roles at Gurugram/Noida. Interviews will be conducted in Gurgaon office, with walk-in dates on 24, 26 October 2026 from 12:00 to 15:30. Freshers and experienced AR calling candidates are invited.

Eligibility includes Graduation mandatory, passing year 2024 or later, and no AUAN/PF for freshers. Experienced candidates need at least 12 months AR Calling in US Healthcare RCM.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Passing year should be 2024 or later.
• B.Tech/B.E. candidates are not eligible.
• Candidate should be a complete fresher without A UAN Number or previous PF Record.
• Minimum 12 months AR Calling (US Healthcare RCM) experience for Experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance payers to check claim status.
• Coordinate with US insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers.
• Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
• Identify denial reasons and work towards resolution.
• Prevent claims from being written off through timely follow-up.
• Handle calling activities related to denied claims.
