Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata seeks a Workday HCM Consultant to design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, PICOF, and Web Services. You will implement inbound and outbound integrations across HCM, Payroll, and Benefits.

We require 4+ years of hands-on experience and a Workday Integration Certification. Face-to-face interview on 5th September 2026 at TCS Kolkata Candor Infospace Office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Workday integrations.
• Proficient with Workday Studio and integration tooling.
• Workday Integration Certification required or in-hand.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, WECI, PECI, PICOF, EIB, and Workday Web Services.
• Implement inbound and outbound integrations for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and other Workday modules.
