Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is inviting candidates for the role of Workday HCM Functional Consultant in Bangalore. The walk-in interview on 12th September 2026 targets professionals with 5 to 13 years of experience in Workday HCM and related modules.

Key responsibilities include configuring Workday HCM, gathering requirements, and ensuring security, reporting, UAT, deployment, and production support. Strong stakeholder management and release management skills are required.

Qualifications
