WNS Holdings in Bengaluru seeks an Insurance Claims Specialist to manage end-to-end claims processes, including FNOL, assessment, settlement, and closure. You will review policy coverage and documents to determine claim validity and settlement amounts, and coordinate with customers, insurers, brokers, third parties, and legal teams for timely resolution.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and claims

• Bachelor's degree in Arts and Commerce.
• Good knowledge of insurance concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to interpret policy and claim-related documents.
• Ability to manage multiple claims while meeting SLA/TAT/quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and claims processing platforms; willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
