US Mortgage Specialist Voice Process

Location: Noida
Experience: Minimum 18 months
Salary: 79 LPA
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts

We are hiring experienced professionals for a US Mortgage Voice Process. Candidates should have strong communication and comprehension skills, along with experience in the banking, mortgage, BFSI, or related financial services domain.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking, Mortgage, BFSI, or related financial services.
• Candidates with domestic mortgage experience can also apply.
• Good understanding of US Mortgage processes and terminology.
• Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills.
• B1–B5 level proficiency preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
• Willingness to work on rotational weekly offs, including split offs.

Preferred Experience

• Banking professionals with exposure to mortgage processes.
• Customer service or voice process experience in the BFSI sector.
• Experience handling customer interactions while maintaining service quality standards.
