Job summary

Expert Staffing Solutions New Delhi in Noida is seeking a US Mortgage Specialist (Voice Process) to handle customer calls and queries on US mortgage products. The role requires 18 months of Banking/Mortgage/BFSI experience.

You will log interactions in CRM, assist with loan status and documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, while meeting SLA targets and maintaining high CSAT. Shift rotations are 24x7.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking, Mortgage, or BFSI.
• Domestic mortgage experience is also acceptable.
• Good understanding of the US Mortgage process and terminology.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (B1B5 preferred).
• Strong comprehension, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service/voice process experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekly offs.
