Job summary

Technax Metalforms Llp in Hyderabad, Telangana, is seeking skilled Tool Makers for manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, and trial of progressive dies, press tools, and related tooling.

Candidates should have 3–6 years of tool-making experience and hold ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Fitter, Machinist, or equivalent. You will read drawings, perform tool-room operations, and coordinate with designers and production during trials.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant tool-making experience.
• ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Fitter, Machinist, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of tool-room machines and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of press tools and progressive dies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble progressive dies, press tools, and fixtures.
• Perform fitting, grinding, drilling, milling, and other tool-room operations.
• Read and understand tool drawings and engineering drawings.
• Carry out tool assembly, adjustment, and trial activities.
• Identify tooling defects and perform corrective actions.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish of tools.
• Coordinate with tool designers and production teams during tool trials.
