Job summary

Aachi Group is seeking a Telemarketing Executive for our Matrimony Services. You will contact prospective customers, explain membership plans, generate leads, and convert enquiries into registrations.

The role requires excellent Tamil communication and basic English, with the ability to meet daily and monthly targets. Freshers with good communication can apply; work location is MATRIMONY branch/office in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Education: Any degree or 12th pass.
• Experience: 0-3 years in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.
• Explain matrimony services, membership plans, and registration procedures.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into registered members.
• Understand customer requirements regarding bride or groom preferences and profiles.
• Follow up with interested customers to encourage registration and membership renewals.
• Maintain accurate customer details, call records, and follow-up status in the CRM or system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Handle customer queries and objections politely and effectively.
• Coordinate with the sales team and branch staff to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and matrimonial profiles.
