Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients and introduce company products and services.
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and processes.
• Follow up regularly with leads, enquiries, and existing clients to maintain engagement and generate business opportunities.
• Build and maintain good professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and customers.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for appropriate support.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up discussions when required.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and customer interactions.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate important concerns to the management.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Follow up on pending enquiries, orders, and other customer requirements.
• Assist in achieving team targets through effective communication and consistent follow-up.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while interacting with customers.
• Prepare regular call and activity reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
