Job summary

Credila Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced software architect to deliver engineered products across multiple lines, designing and architecting with a focus on scalable LOS platforms.

You will drive customer experience, set direction for development, and lead a team of engineers. The role requires 10+ years hands-on LOS architecture in BFSI, strong microservices and DevOps experience, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 7-13 years of experience in software architecture and enterprise application development.
• Minimum 10+ years of hands‑on experience architecting or managing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) in an NBFC or BFSI setup.
• Strong experience with digital lending platforms, microservices architecture, and workflow engines.
• Expertise in integrating with credit bureaus, KYC platforms
• Solid understanding of database technologies (RDBMS and NoSQL), caching, and performance tuning.
• Experience in agile delivery, DevOps practices, and distributed system architecture

Roles & Responsibility:

• Deliver best engineered products from all engineering aspects like designing and architecting across multiple product lines
• Drive customer experience, continually raising the bar on functionality, usability, and simplicity
• Champion engineering and operational excellence, establishing metrics and process for regular assessment and improvement
• Drive best practices, and is a pro with agile methodologies / practices - SCRUM, Test Driven Development (TDD)Breaking down complex requirements into simpler stories
• Establish a solid project framework and development processes
• Operate strategically and tactically. Work on strategy and help set direction while staying on top of the day-to-day software development
• Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules across ongoing projects, ensure that timelines are met in accordance with the project roadmap
• Direct and provide ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors, set objectives, review performances, define growth plan and nurture.
